Shipping & Returns
If you live in Belgium, you have 2 options:
1. Delivery to your home via bPost or GLS
2. Collection from the salon (Free)
If you live in the Netherlands, we will send it to the chosen address via PostNL or GLS
We only supply our Kevin Murphy products in the Netherlands. Unfortunately for Eleven Australia we do not get permission from Belgium.
What are the shipping costs?
From 39 euros (after discount & including VAT) we deliver FREE in Belgium and the Netherlands. For orders under 39 euros we ask shipping costs of 4.95 euros.
If the items are in stock, the following generally applies:
via PostNL: 1-3 working days
via bPost: 1-3 working days
- via GLS: 1-3 working days
We do everything we can to deliver your products to you as soon as possible.
If you order on the weekend, your order will usually be delivered on Tuesday. You can always track your package via the Track & Trace code that we send to you.
We do not ship orders on Belgian holidays.
Please note: as soon as we transfer the package to the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code, this is the sign that the package has left us. After that, delivery is usually the next day, but delivery can sometimes be delayed due to crowds. We have little control over this and we count on your understanding should your package be a little later.
Is your package much later or you will not receive T & T code? Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you as soon as possible. We always find a suitable solution!
Given the nature and quality of the product and packaging, we are not dealing with returns. If you are not satisfied (incorrect delivery, transport damage), please contact us, we will simply solve your problem or complaint!
